Ordering: Orders can be placed from our web site at any time using our secure online shopping cart. We use SSL technology (secure socket layer -- the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions), so all your information is encrypted as it is transmitted. For extra security, we do not store your credit card information. You will therefore need to re-enter your credit card information each time you shop.

For clients without access to the Internet, orders may be placed by mail, phone or fax.

Payment: We accept Visa and Master card as well as money orders and personal/company cheques. Please allow 10 days for cheques to clear. All orders are PREPAID.

Currency: All prices listed are in Canadian dollars.

Minimums: There is no minimum order required.

Shipping & Handling: Shipping is FOB Vancouver, Canada. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the parcel.

Canadian orders are generally shipped via Canada Post but we are flexible and will work with you if you need an alternate shipping method. We can also ship via DHL overnight to all Canadian, US and international locations. Contact for rates and shipping times of international locations.
For our US clients, Airmail and Xpresspost USA are also available. International customers are responsible for any duty/taxes that may be incurred.

Returns: Refunds or exchanges will be honoured for defects in workmanship or order mix-up only. Sorry, no returns on BODYSTUFF, as we can no longer guarantee the purity of the product. We will however offer you a credit or replace any defective order.

General: Parcels will be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of payment. Large wholesale orders may require a lead time of up to 5 days. We will notify you if there will be any unusual delays in shipping your order.
